ABOUT ME


“I am a certified personal trainer who uses a combination of personalised techniques and exercises tailored to my clients needs. I have always had a lifelong passion for fitness. When I am not training, I am enjoying the outdoors and staying active. 

Over the years I have competed and trained for many different competitive sports including Boxing, Calisthenics and Resistance training. My athletic background allows me to take my personal experiences and apply them directly to my coaching abilities.  

I have experience working with individuals of all ages and skill levels. I observe you, modify exercises to your level, correct your form, and create a program that increases your strength level, conditioning (cardio), posture, body composition and balance over time. 


I am dedicated to my clients' success and know that may look different for every individual. Whether you are trying to fix your posture, muscle imbalances, build muscle, work on endurance or burn fat. It doesn’t matter whether you’re an absolute beginner or working out is second nature for you, my programs can help you reach your next fitness goals and feel the confidence you deserve.”

TRAIN TO GET RESULTS

  • 60 minutes of training focused on your goals and adapted to your fitness level.

  • We will train at my gym Evolve North Strength in Edmonton.

  • Weekly trainings. I recommend training at least 2 to 3 times a week.

  • We will work on your posture, strength and cardio endurance.
